General Description:

Working under the direction of the Sponsorship Director and as part of a team, contact potential sponsors and exhibitors to encourage their support of the Bay Area Organization Development Network. The immediate focus will be on creating sponsorship opportunities for the 2011 Best in the West conference.

Requirements:

• BAodn seeks volunteers with extensive networks for this role
• Must be outgoing and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Available for occasional virtual team meetings

Activities:

• Creating rosters of potential contacts
• Contacting potential sponsors
• Assisting with putting packets together for sponsors
• Coordinating with Sponsorship Director and other team members
