Treasurer

• Must be somebody known to BAodn--this is a critical "high trust" position.
• Able to be responsive for processing of expenses.
• Ability to stand firm in representing the long term financial interests of BAodn.

Treasurer's Duties 

• Authorizes key board purchases
• Develop annual budget and drive board approval.
• Ensures development and board review of financial policies and procedures
• Fill out monthly financial dashboard
• Leads the Boards’ review of and action related to Board’s financial responsibilities
• Recommends appointment of auditor
• Reviews audit
