Director of Programs

• Has great project management experience to support team leaders who are carrying out programs and initiatives
• A strong ability in defining and refining process, and supporting the organization in using those processes
• Transition monthly BAodn events, thought-leaders and socials, to a "volunteer lead" model
• Ensure creation of a standard setup, including preferred venues, for BAodn thought-leader and social events
• Build process and infrastructure for Programs Function, to cleanly incorporate existing initiatives
• Prepare the "BAodn platform" so that new community-driven initiatives can be efficiently proposed, vetted, supported, and reviewed
