BAodn is a registered non-profit organization created and run by its members. We are dedicated to supporting an organization development (OD) community of practice. With over 30 years history, BAodn continues to evolve, connecting people who are dedicated to expanding their knowledge, skills and experience in the field of OD.

 
Members of BAodn share opportunities for networking, professional development, learning events, communication and promotional channels. They also have access to resources for news and events throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. BAodn connects its members virtually and in addition hosts a number of networking activities, events, and conferences throughout the year in order to support membership needs.

Group memberships for Companies, Corporations, Institutions and other Organizations large and small are offered at 2 levels:

The GOLD package, $1000

o   Membership for 10 people.

o   Additional designates may be added at $100/year

The SILVER package,  $600

o   Membership for 5 people.

o   Additional designates may be added at $120/year

 
Each designate member has full member benefits: they will be added to the member database and receive program discounts.

 
Membership belongs to the Group and each Group member will have one point of contact for managing the designated members.  Groups may change their designate members up to 2 times per year (January, July).

 
In addition to the regular member benefits (see our website for a full list) Group members also receive:

o   Your company/group logo on the BAodn.org website, with a click through to your web site.

o   A 20% discount off of the member price for e-advertising.
