Join BAodn’s Women in Leadership team for a working session focused on anchoring your career in the “real world”. The session is grounded in the longitudinal research and work on career anchors conducted by Ed Schein, professor of management at MIT. In this session you will complete interactive exercises and World Café dialogue to develop greater awareness of your personal career anchor and its relevance in today’s turbulent and challenging economy. Session objectives/outcomes include increasing personal career awareness and clarity about the competence, motives and values you “would not give up” in choosing and developing your career. This promises to be a great opportunity to network, build a supportive community and explore your career anchor and “real self”.
