BAodn Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteering is one way to become more involved in BAodn activities and build networks. This is an opportunity for you to share your leadership skills with us! BAodn is, and always has been about, for, and run by volunteers. Check out the variety of ways you can contribute and learn below.

Open Board Positions

To become a member of the BAODN Board, we ask that you have volunteered in some capacity to the organization as a committee member or lead, and have been a BAODN member for one year.  The Board Year runs from June to May of each year and is a three-year commitment. Events: Currently, we are seeking enthusiastic Events Volunteers to assist with BAODN events. If organizing events and meeting new people are "your thing," give this opportunity a try.

Sponsorship volunteers: Working under the direction of the Sponsorship Director and as part of a team, contact potential sponsors and exhibitors to encourage their support of the Bay Area Organization Development Network. More info on our sponsorship volunteers page.

In addition to regular monthly events, the annual Best in the West conference, held in the Spring, is BAodn's signature conference. Volunteers are important contributors to the success of the conference.
