About Best in the West 2011
This year Best in the West 2011 (BitW) focuses on ‘The Many Interfaces of OD’. This theme focuses on the various ways we engage our clients as consultants, colleagues as internal practitioners, and in academia. Each of these areas have very unique rules of engagement and outcome expectations yet all of these areas share theory, tools, and techniques for optimizing desired outcomes. This year we have assembled a dynamic group of speakers who will provide practical tools and information for practitioners managing in today’s economic reality.
As your local OD networking organization we also invite you to come and experience the strong OD community here in the Bay Area at our pre-conference networking event and conference during the ample networking time we’ve allotted during the event.
Like OD, our environment is changing and we are committed to providing you leading edge information and practical tools to support your OD practice.
We look forward to seeing everyone at BitW 2011!
