Christine Hunter, President BAodn
Christine Hunter is currently serving as the Director, Organization Development and Training at Del Monte foods in San Francisco, where she is accountable for Del Monte’s Talent Management Strategies including Succession Planning, Corporate Training and Development, and Organization Development Initiatives. When not working as an OD executive, leading Organization Development initiatives or, pursuing her educational dreams, Christine can be found spending time with her husband and two daughters. For relaxation, Christine enjoys roller blading, gardening, and spending time at the beach.
Jeff Harnois, Communications

Jeff is currently the Principal Consultant at iBridged Consulting, a sales and sell-through performance management consulting firm. He has two decades of executive sales leadership experience leading people and companies to reach goals previously thought to be unattainable. Working with and for brand name companies like Apple, HP, Xerox, Microsoft and many others, Jeff understands the complexity and strategic nature of communications. Because of Jeff’s leadership experience and solid communication skills, he brings a highly complimentary element to strengthen and balance our Board. Jeff is currently completing his Master of Science degree in Organization Development at University of San Francisco. Jeff's philosophy is, problems are just opportunities seeking the right communications strategy.
Marty Jordan, Sponsorship
Marty Jordan is principal consultant at Human Capital Advantage, a talent management consulting firm that assists organizations in developing and implementing human capital plans and workforce strategies that align with business needs, address critical talent issues, drive higher performance and ensure the right return on their investment in people. She also serves as a Senior Faculty member for the Human Capital Institute and in this role teaches public and corporate classes in all facets of talent management as well as provides coaching and guidance to HR professionals completing their Master Human Capital Strategist designation. Felix Caraballo, Treasurer
Felix Caraballo is an organization consultant who has worked in education, non-profits and the legal sector. His current
professional interests include leadership training/development, organizational development, diversity in organizations, statistical research and executive coaching. Felix has extensive experience in research laboratories. Most recently, Felix worked with Dr. Rebecca Turner at California School of Professional Psychology researching aggressive behaviors in the workplace. In the past, Felix has worked at University of California, San Francisco, researching the recidivism rates of homeless drug addicts; University of California, Berkeley, conducting psycho-personality research, and at California State University, East Bay, in a psychopharmacology lab researching the effects of glucose on memory. Felix has presented his findings at the American Psychological Association and the Society for Neuroscience Conferences. In 2009, Felix was the volunteer chair for the Bay Area Organization Development Network (BAODN) Best in the West Conference (BitW). Felix recruited, trained and managed volunteers, and organized a team retreat. Currently, Felix serves as Treasurer of BAODN, managing the organization’s finances. Felix graduated from California State University, East Bay, with a BA in Psychology and a minor in Statistics. He has a Masters in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Golden Gate University and is currently working on his dissertation and completing his fieldwork for a PhD in Organizational Psychology from California School of Professional Psychology.

I am interested in helping organizations align goals, strategy, people, and tools for maximum success. My diverse background spans education, volunteer organizing, office administration, website programming & analytics, knowledge management, and social media technology. I am completing an PhD in Organizational Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP) at Alliant International University. My research area is coaching in organizations. I am also interested in positive psychology. I’m excited about supporting the process and technology needs of the BAodn board and membership.
Elias Alberts, BitW 2011
Elias is currently working towards a masters in I/O Psychology at Golden Gate University, to be completed December 2011. He is interested in learning about the many aspects of organizational development and consulting. He has a B.A. in sociocultural anthropology and is is especially interested in organizational culture and change, as well as cross-cultural organizational work. His most recent work experience was in management at a large organization, which he moved on from to pursue his education.
Lanette Ferguson, BitW 2011
Lanette has worked in IT at Robert Half International for the last 13 years. She is currently pursuing her M.S.O.D through U.S.F and is scheduled to graduate in Dec 2012. Lanette's interests include training and development and currently facilitates team building activities at Robert Half in addition to working in IT. In addition to work and school Lanette is also volunteering as a Project Manager with BAodn for the Best in the West 2011 conference.
Krystal Kelley, BitW 2011
Krystal Kelley joined Sandia National Laboratories in 2004, 2 years after graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a B.S. in Advertising. She currently works with her internal customers to develop strategic procurement solutions and streamline processes for site operations. Having recently graduated from University of San Francisco with a M.S. in Organization Development, Krystal volunteers her time with non-profit organization to develop her OD practitioner skills while helping the organization reach its goals. She has an interest in learning about the use of Innovation Teams within organizations. Krystal serves as a co-project manager, venue manager and is a member of the speaker management team for the 2011 Best in the West conference team.

Maura King provides Strategic Planning, Program Development and Project Management services to small businesses and nonprofit organizations under the moniker Seven Questions Consulting. Always interested in how we do what we do and why, she works to strengthen the connections between individuals, their communities and their values.
Eileen Pippins, BitW 2011
Eileen Pippins has more than ten years in corporate, non-profit and public service settings. She is an experienced professional facilitator, an expert in interpersonal and intercultural communications, an experienced Learning and Development Consultant to group dynamics. Ms. Pippins has guided managers, professionals, and students through experiential learning to become aware of their own potential and capacity for excellence, as well as collaborating with teammates within work groups. She has a Masters in Speech and Communication Studies Her teaching experiences include San Francisco State University, Holy Names University, and various community colleges throughout the Bay Area that feed her passion for empowering students. Additionally, her experience in OD consulting include change intervention, facilitation and development, leadership strategies, diversity and inclusion, conflict management, communication and efficiency consulting with work groups, faith-based organizations, intra-departmental and governmental mediation and facilitation, crisis and disaster facilitation training.
Briah Gere, BitW 2011
Briah Gere is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Organization Development at Sonoma State University. She is bringing with her a Bachelor’s in Psychology and over ten years experience in Education. Briah has served as Director for a teen mother’s program with the Institute of Human & Social Development, an Education Consultant for Lindamood-Bell Learning Processes, Director of A Special Place Therapeutic Preschool with the YWCA Sonoma County, as well as Chairperson of Leadership Development for the YWCA - Southwest/Delta Region. Currently, Briah’s return to school is preparing her with a solid foundation for creating change in any type of organization. This program has tapped into her love for training and leadership development, and Briah is dedicated to helping organizations recognize the socio-technical design, as well as the cultural dyamics, and how the two can come together to form the perfect harmony within an organization.
