BAodn Board Seeking Events Chair
We have an opportunity for a current BAODN member to join our volunteer board. We are looking for an enthusiastic Events chair who can help coordinate our annual events calendar. National OD Network Conference
The national conference is coming up October 19-22 in Austin Texas. BAodn members get a $100 discount!
For those making the trip to Austin be sure to check out the session Power, Authenticity, and the Internal Consultant presented by the Bay Area's own Bev Scott of Bev Scott Consulting and colleague Pien van den Herik.
This session explores the issues of power and authenticity for internal consultants. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own use of power, explore a new model for the authentic use of power in organizations, and consider ways to apply the model in back home situations.

Member Spotlight
Wayne Everbeck
This month we’re pleased to honor Wayne Everbeck as our spotlight member. In May, Wayne graduated with an MS in Organizational Change Management from Milano—The New School for Management and Urban Policy in New York City. Wayne moved across the country to experience the excitement of San Francisco, and to search for a unique career opportunity in the Bay Area.
On November 1st Wayne will be hosting the BAodn OD book club in San Francisco. This is a great chance to talk OD and meet others in the field. If you’re interested, see the book club event description for details and sign-up.
