Monique Whiting

Monique Whiting is one of those very special people who is genuine, caring, smart, and believes in giving back to her community. As the 2009 Chair for Best in the West (Bitw), she has taken a group of volunteers who never worked together before and created a dynamic, energetic, and vibrant 2009 BitW Planning Team. On many different occasions the team has commented on her passion, dedication, and supportive efforts to ensure each person is successful and has a voice on the team. All of this work is done in addition to her contract work as an Instructional Designer. BAodn is grateful that Monique said YES to leading this enormous effort for the OD Community.”

Best in the West 2009

Our energetic organizing committee showcased their skills in presenting this years Best in the West 2009 Conference, with the theme "Navigating Emerging Futures: Revolutionizing Our World." The conference was held on May 1st and 2nd, 2009 at the Clark Kerr Conference Center in Berkeley.
